Infinite Co-Pilot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, installation, access to, and use of the Infinite Co-Pilot Android application ("Infinite Co-Pilot", "Application", or "Service"), developed and distributed by DH Studios ("DH Studios", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using Infinite Co-Pilot, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, install, or use the Application.
1. The Application
Infinite Co-Pilot is an Android companion application designed to provide additional functionality for users of the Infinite Flight flight simulator.
The Application may provide flight monitoring, simulator connectivity, audio announcements, calculations, navigation-related information, aircraft-system monitoring, and other simulation-related functionality.
Infinite Co-Pilot is currently available only for Android.
DH Studios may consider developing versions for additional platforms, including iOS, in the future depending upon user demand, technical feasibility, development resources, and other factors. No future platform release is guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
You may use Infinite Co-Pilot only if you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You must meet the applicable legal age or other legal requirements of your country or jurisdiction.
If you are below the applicable age of legal capacity, you may only use the Application where permitted with the required consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscription
Infinite Co-Pilot is provided through recurring subscription plans.
The subscription provides access to the full Application and its available features.
The current subscription structure is:
3-day free trial, where the user is eligible for the trial.
Launch Pricing, available to new subscribers during the first month after the Application's Google Play release: US$2.49 per month, US$14.99 per 6 months, or US$26.99 per year.
Normal Pricing, available to new subscribers after the launch-pricing window ends: US$3.49 per month, US$17.99 per 6 months, or US$31.49 per year.
Existing subscribers who join during the launch-pricing window may retain their applicable launch price where supported by Google Play or the applicable billing/subscription system.
Regional pricing may result in a different local-currency amount.
The subscription automatically renews according to the selected billing period unless cancelled.
The exact pricing, currency, taxes, trial eligibility, renewal date, and other subscription information displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase are controlling.
4. Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a three-day free trial.
The availability of the trial may depend on Google Play eligibility requirements, previous subscription history, account status, regional availability, or other conditions determined by Google Play.
Unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable Google Play subscription process before the trial ends, the subscription will proceed to the applicable paid subscription and the price displayed by Google Play for the selected plan will be charged.
DH Studios does not control Google Play's eligibility determination.
A user may not necessarily receive a new free trial simply by reinstalling the Application or creating another installation of the Application.
5. Launch and Standard Pricing
For the first month after the Application's Google Play release, eligible new subscribers may see Launch Pricing for the available plans: US$2.49 per month, US$14.99 per 6 months, or US$26.99 per year, or the applicable regional equivalent.
After the launch-pricing window ends, new subscribers may see Normal Pricing for the available plans: US$3.49 per month, US$17.99 per 6 months, or US$31.49 per year, or the applicable regional equivalent.
Launch Pricing is a launch-period discount for users who subscribe during the first month after release; it is not a discount that applies only to the first billing cycle of every subscription.
Existing subscribers who joined during the launch-pricing window may retain their applicable launch price where supported by Google Play or the applicable billing/subscription system.
Taxes, currency conversion, regional pricing, and other Google Play pricing mechanisms may affect the amount ultimately charged.
6. Automatic Renewal
The subscription automatically renews according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable Google Play billing system to process recurring subscription charges according to the subscription terms presented during purchase.
The subscription may continue renewing until cancelled.
7. Cancellation
Subscriptions must be cancelled through the user's applicable Google Play subscription-management controls.
Uninstalling Infinite Co-Pilot does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
Users remain responsible for cancelling their subscription through Google Play if they no longer wish to be charged.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for a period already paid for, except where a refund is required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
8. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where:
A refund is required by applicable law;
Google Play's applicable refund policies provide for a refund; or
DH Studios otherwise determines that a refund should be provided.
Because subscriptions are processed through Google Play, users should use the applicable Google Play refund process where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
9. Google Play
Google Play is responsible for processing payments and managing subscriptions distributed through Google Play.
Google Play may control:
Payment processing.
Subscription billing.
Subscription renewal.
Trial eligibility.
Regional pricing.
Taxes.
Currency conversion.
Payment methods.
Refund procedures.
Subscription cancellation.
Google Play account association.
Google Play's applicable terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.
10. License
Subject to an active subscription and compliance with these Terms, DH Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Infinite Co-Pilot on compatible Android devices.
The subscription provides access to the Application; it does not transfer ownership of the Application or its intellectual property to you.
11. Prohibited Activities
You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:
Copy the Application for unauthorized distribution.
Sell or redistribute access to the Application.
Rent or sublicense the Application.
Reverse engineer the Application.
Decompile or disassemble the Application.
Attempt to obtain source code.
Modify the Application without authorization.
Circumvent technical protections.
Remove proprietary notices.
Create unauthorized derivative works.
Interfere with Application servers or infrastructure.
Abuse the TTS backend.
Attempt unauthorized access to DH Studios infrastructure.
Use the Application to conduct unlawful activity.
Intentionally interfere with another user's access to the Service.
12. Infinite Flight Connectivity
Infinite Co-Pilot may communicate with Infinite Flight through supported connectivity interfaces.
The Application depends upon information made available by Infinite Flight.
DH Studios does not control Infinite Flight or its continued availability, interfaces, network services, aircraft data, or future software changes.
Accordingly, DH Studios does not guarantee:
Continuous connectivity.
Availability of every simulator parameter.
Compatibility with every aircraft.
Compatibility with every Infinite Flight version.
Accuracy of simulator-provided information.
Continued availability of specific interfaces.
Continued operation following simulator updates.
Changes made by Infinite Flight or its developers may require corresponding changes to Infinite Co-Pilot.
13. Local Processing of Flight Data
Flight telemetry and simulator information received by Infinite Co-Pilot are processed locally on the user's Android device.
DH Studios does not maintain a remote database of users' Infinite Flight telemetry.
The Application does not intentionally upload users' Infinite Flight flight telemetry to DH Studios servers.
14. Audio Functionality
Infinite Co-Pilot may generate and play audio announcements.
Audio may consist of pre-recorded audio, generated Text-to-Speech audio, aircraft-specific audio, airline-related audio, or other supported audio content.
The Application does not require microphone recording for its normal audio functionality.
DH Studios does not use Infinite Co-Pilot to record the user's microphone during ordinary operation.
15. Text-to-Speech
The Application may communicate with DH Studios infrastructure to obtain Text-to-Speech audio.
DH Studios may use Amazon Polly as a Text-to-Speech service through its backend infrastructure.
The Android Application does not directly need to communicate with Amazon Polly for standard TTS operation.
TTS audio may be cached locally within the Application's private Android storage.
16. Background Operation
Infinite Co-Pilot is designed to operate in the background for extended periods while the user is operating Infinite Flight. The Application may use Android foreground-service functionality to support continued operation and audio playback.
For extended flights, users may need to disable battery optimization for Infinite Co-Pilot or allow unrestricted background activity, depending on their Android version and device manufacturer.
Some Android device manufacturers (OEMs) apply additional battery-saving, background-process, memory-management, or application-management restrictions that may suspend or terminate Infinite Co-Pilot even when the Application has been configured correctly.
Android and device manufacturers ultimately control how background applications are managed on a particular device. DH Studios cannot control or override all such restrictions and cannot guarantee uninterrupted background operation where Android or device-manufacturer restrictions interfere with the Application.
Possible restrictions include:
Battery optimization.
Background process termination.
Memory management.
Audio focus restrictions.
Notification restrictions.
Manufacturer-specific application management.
Power-saving modes.
Other Android system restrictions.
Users are responsible for configuring their device's applicable battery, background activity, and power-management settings where necessary to permit extended background operation.
DH Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted background execution, audio playback, connectivity, or availability during extended flights.
17. Android Permissions
Infinite Co-Pilot may request Android permissions required for its functionality.
These may include permissions related to:
Internet connectivity.
Network-state information.
Wi-Fi-state information.
Local network discovery.
Foreground services.
Connected-device foreground services.
Media playback foreground services.
Notifications.
Audio configuration.
Wake locks.
Permissions may change as Android and the Application develop.
18. Simulation-Only Disclaimer
Infinite Co-Pilot is intended solely for flight simulation.
The Application is not:
Certified aviation equipment.
A real-world flight-management system.
A certified navigation system.
A substitute for aircraft documentation.
A substitute for professional aviation advice.
A substitute for air traffic control.
A real-world safety system.
The Application must not be relied upon for real-world aviation decisions.
19. Calculations
The Application may provide calculations including V-speeds, distances, estimated times, unit conversions, wind components, and other values.
Such calculations are intended for simulated flight operations.
DH Studios does not warrant that these calculations are suitable for real-world aviation.
20. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Infinite Flight and its associated intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Airline names, trademarks, aircraft names, logos, audio recordings, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Some audio content used by Infinite Co-Pilot may have been obtained from publicly available sources on the internet. Such content may be subject to the rights of third parties, and DH Studios does not claim ownership of third-party material that it does not own.
The inclusion of third-party references or compatible audio does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
If you are a rights holder or otherwise believe that audio or other third-party content included in Infinite Co-Pilot should be removed or replaced, please contact DH Studios at dhstudios420@gmail.com with sufficient information to identify the relevant material. DH Studios may review such requests and, where appropriate, remove or replace the identified content.
21. Intellectual Property of DH Studios
Unless otherwise indicated, the Application, its software, original content, interface, branding, documentation, original audio, and related materials are owned by or licensed to DH Studios.
No ownership rights are transferred through purchase of a subscription.
22. Updates
DH Studios may update Infinite Co-Pilot from time to time.
Updates may:
Add functionality.
Modify functionality.
Remove obsolete functionality.
Correct errors.
Improve security.
Improve compatibility.
Modify audio.
Modify simulator connectivity.
Change technical requirements.
DH Studios does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged.
23. Service Availability
DH Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Application or associated infrastructure may become temporarily unavailable because of:
Maintenance.
Technical failures.
Network outages.
Backend failures.
Third-party service outages.
Infinite Flight changes.
Android restrictions.
Security incidents.
Circumstances outside DH Studios' reasonable control.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Co-Pilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
DH Studios does not warrant that the Application will:
Be completely error-free.
Remain compatible with every Android device.
Remain compatible with every Infinite Flight version.
Provide uninterrupted audio.
Provide uninterrupted background execution.
Always receive complete simulator information.
Always produce a particular announcement.
Always remain available.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DH Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Infinite Co-Pilot.
This may include losses associated with:
Application malfunction.
Audio interruption.
Missing announcements.
Background termination.
Simulator connectivity failures.
Incorrect simulator information.
Android device restrictions.
Network failures.
Third-party service failures.
Infinite Flight updates.
Loss of locally stored application data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
26. Termination
A user may stop using Infinite Co-Pilot at any time.
A subscription may be cancelled through Google Play.
DH Studios may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:
Material violation of these Terms.
Abuse of the Service.
Unauthorized access attempts.
Security concerns.
Unlawful activity.
Abuse of backend infrastructure.
Termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
27. Changes to These Terms
DH Studios may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms may be published through the Application, website, Google Play listing, or another appropriate method.
The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Infinite Co-Pilot shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove any mandatory legal rights available to consumers under applicable law.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the agreement between you and DH Studios concerning your use of Infinite Co-Pilot, except for any additional terms imposed by Google Play or other applicable third-party services.
