Infinite Co-Pilot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DH Studios ("DH Studios", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Infinite Co-Pilot Android application ("Infinite Co-Pilot", "Application", or "Service").
Infinite Co-Pilot is currently an Android-only application.
This Privacy Policy describes what information Infinite Co-Pilot may process, how that information is used, where it is processed, what information is transmitted outside the device, and the choices available to users.
1. Overview
DH Studios is committed to minimizing the amount of user information processed by Infinite Co-Pilot.
Infinite Co-Pilot is designed so that the user's Infinite Flight telemetry and flight information are processed locally on the Android device.
DH Studios does not operate a centralized database of users' Infinite Flight flight telemetry.
The Application does not intentionally upload users' flight telemetry, operational logs, crash logs, device information, or IP addresses to DH Studios servers.
The Application does communicate with DH Studios infrastructure when necessary to obtain Text-to-Speech audio.
2. Information Processed by Infinite Co-Pilot
Depending upon the Application's functionality, Infinite Co-Pilot may process information received from Infinite Flight.
This may include:
Aircraft name.
Aircraft identifier.
Aircraft livery.
Callsign.
Simulator user information exposed through the supported interface.
Aircraft latitude.
Aircraft longitude.
Altitude-related information.
Ground speed.
Indicated airspeed.
Heading.
Flight-plan information.
Waypoints.
Destination.
Distances.
Estimated times.
Wind direction.
Wind velocity.
Crosswind.
Headwind.
Magnetic variation.
Landing gear state.
Landing gear lever state.
Flaps.
Spoilers.
Seatbelt status.
No-smoking status.
Engine state.
Beacon state.
Strobe state.
Other simulator information exposed through supported interfaces.
This information is processed locally on the Android device to provide Infinite Co-Pilot functionality.
3. Local Processing of Flight Data
Infinite Flight telemetry is processed locally on the user's Android device.
For ordinary operation, Infinite Co-Pilot does not transmit the user's Infinite Flight telemetry to DH Studios for remote storage or analysis.
Flight information is used on the device to provide:
Audio announcements.
Flight monitoring.
Aircraft-system notifications.
Navigation information.
Calculations.
Flight-plan information.
Other simulator-related features.
DH Studios does not intentionally maintain a remote database containing users' individual flight telemetry.
4. Local Network Communication
Infinite Co-Pilot communicates with Infinite Flight over the user's local network where required.
The Application may use local network discovery to identify a compatible Infinite Flight installation.
The Application may process local network information such as:
Local IP address.
Network state.
Wi-Fi state.
Connection status.
Technical connection information.
This information is used to establish and maintain local communication with the simulator.
5. IP Addresses
Infinite Co-Pilot may necessarily interact with IP addresses as part of local network communication.
For example, a local IP address may be required to establish communication between the Android device and Infinite Flight.
DH Studios does not intentionally upload the user's local network IP address to a remote server for storage.
6. Application Logs
Infinite Co-Pilot does not maintain persistent operational log files on the user's device as part of ordinary operation.
Certain operational information may exist temporarily in application memory.
Examples may include:
Connection status.
Telemetry state.
Speech or announcement state.
Temporary diagnostic information.
Other runtime information.
This information is held in memory for the operation of the Application and is discarded when the Application is closed or restarted, subject to normal Android operating-system behavior.
The Application does not intentionally upload these operational logs to DH Studios.
7. Crash Reports and Error Logs
Infinite Co-Pilot does not intentionally upload crash reports, error logs, device information, or diagnostic logs to DH Studios servers.
DH Studios does not currently use services such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry for Infinite Co-Pilot.
If future versions introduce third-party crash-reporting or diagnostic services, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those changes.
8. Analytics
Infinite Co-Pilot does not currently use third-party analytics services such as Firebase Analytics for ordinary application operation.
DH Studios does not currently maintain a third-party analytics profile of Infinite Co-Pilot users.
If analytics functionality is introduced in a future version, the applicable privacy practices will be updated before or when the relevant functionality is introduced, as required by applicable law.
9. Advertising
Infinite Co-Pilot does not currently use advertising services such as Google AdMob as part of its ordinary application functionality.
The Application is monetized through its subscription rather than advertising.
10. Microphone and Audio Recording
Infinite Co-Pilot does not record the user's microphone during ordinary operation.
The Application's audio functionality consists of playing audio to the user.
The Application does not require microphone recordings to provide its standard flight-assistance functionality.
Infinite Co-Pilot may play:
Pre-recorded audio.
Generated Text-to-Speech audio.
Aircraft-specific audio.
Airline-related audio.
Other supported announcement audio.
11. Text-to-Speech Processing
Infinite Co-Pilot may request Text-to-Speech audio from infrastructure operated by DH Studios.
The general process is:
Android Application → DH Studios backend → Amazon Polly
The Android Application does not directly need to communicate with Amazon Polly.
Where generated audio is requested, the DH Studios backend may process the text required to generate the requested speech audio and provide the resulting audio to the Application.
The specific implementation of this functionality may change over time.
12. Audio Caching
To improve performance and reduce unnecessary network usage, Infinite Co-Pilot may cache downloaded audio within the application's private Android storage.
Cached audio may include:
Generated Text-to-Speech audio.
Pre-recorded announcement audio.
Other audio required by the Application.
Such cached files are stored within the Application's private sandbox and are not intended to be accessible to unrelated applications.
Cached files may be removed automatically or when the Application's data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled.
13. Airline and Third-Party Audio
Infinite Co-Pilot may use audio associated with particular airlines, aircraft, or other aviation content.
Some audio content used by Infinite Co-Pilot may have been obtained from publicly available sources on the internet. Such content may be subject to the rights of third parties, and DH Studios does not claim ownership of third-party material that it does not own.
Such audio may be stored locally or obtained through the Application's supported infrastructure.
DH Studios does not use the presence of airline-related audio to imply that the airline has access to the user's information or that the airline endorses Infinite Co-Pilot.
Third-party intellectual property remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
If you are a rights holder or otherwise believe that audio or other third-party content included in Infinite Co-Pilot should be removed or replaced, please contact DH Studios at dhstudios420@gmail.com with sufficient information to identify the relevant material. DH Studios may review such requests and, where appropriate, remove or replace the identified content.
14. Android Permissions
Infinite Co-Pilot may request Android permissions necessary for its functionality.
These may include the following.
Internet
The INTERNET permission allows Infinite Co-Pilot to communicate with the DH Studios backend when obtaining Text-to-Speech audio and other required remote resources.
Network State
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE allows the Application to determine network connectivity status.
Wi-Fi State
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE allows the Application to obtain information necessary for local Wi-Fi connectivity and simulator communication.
Wi-Fi Multicast
CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE may be required for local UDP network discovery used to identify Infinite Flight on the same Wi-Fi network.
Foreground Service
FOREGROUND_SERVICE supports continued operation when Infinite Co-Pilot operates in the Android background.
Connected Device Foreground Service
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE may support the Application's continued communication with the connected simulator/device environment where required by Android.
Media Playback Foreground Service
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK supports background audio playback and announcements.
Notifications
POST_NOTIFICATIONS may be required on supported Android versions to display the notification associated with the Application's foreground service.
Audio Settings
MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS allows the Application to manage audio behavior and routing required for playback.
Wake Lock
WAKE_LOCK may be used to help prevent the device from entering sleep states that would interfere with active flight-assistance functionality.
The precise permissions requested may change as Android requirements and Application functionality evolve.
15. Background Operation and Android
Infinite Co-Pilot may operate in the background while the user is actively using Infinite Flight.
For extended flights, users may need to disable battery optimization for Infinite Co-Pilot or allow unrestricted background activity, depending on their Android version and device manufacturer.
Some Android device manufacturers (OEMs) apply additional battery-saving, background-process, memory-management, or application-management restrictions that may suspend or terminate Infinite Co-Pilot.
Android and device manufacturers ultimately control how background applications are managed on a particular device. DH Studios cannot control or override all such restrictions.
These restrictions may affect:
Background applications.
Battery usage.
Foreground services.
Audio playback.
Memory usage.
Notifications.
Network access.
Application execution.
Users may need to configure their device's applicable battery, background activity, and power-management settings to obtain the intended extended-background behavior.
DH Studios does not receive private Android device information merely because the Application is affected by these restrictions.
16. Device Information
Infinite Co-Pilot does not intentionally upload device information, including device model or Android version, to DH Studios as part of ordinary operation.
The Application may locally access technical device information where required for compatibility or functionality.
Such information is not intentionally transmitted to DH Studios for user profiling.
17. Personal Information
Infinite Co-Pilot does not require a separate DH Studios user account.
The Application's paid subscription is associated with the user's applicable Google Play account and is handled through Google Play.
DH Studios does not need to collect a separate username and password merely to provide access to the Application.
18. Google Play
Infinite Co-Pilot is distributed and monetized through Google Play.
The subscription consists of:
A three-day free trial for eligible users.
Launch Pricing during the first month after Google Play release: US$2.49 per month, US$14.99 per 6 months, or US$26.99 per year, where available.
Normal Pricing after the launch window: US$3.49 per month, US$17.99 per 6 months, or US$31.49 per year.
Regional pricing where applicable.
Automatic renewal according to the selected billing period unless cancelled.
Google Play may process information necessary for:
Account management.
Subscription management.
Payment processing.
Fraud prevention.
Refund processing.
Purchase verification.
Billing.
Tax calculation.
Regional pricing.
Google Play's own privacy policy and terms govern Google's independent processing.
DH Studios does not receive the user's complete payment-card information through Infinite Co-Pilot.
19. Subscription Information
DH Studios may receive or process limited information necessary to determine whether a user has valid access to the Application where such verification is required by the subscription system.
The Application does not require DH Studios to maintain a separate user profile containing the user's flight history.
Subscription and payment information may be processed by Google Play according to Google's policies.
20. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Under the current implementation, Infinite Co-Pilot does not intentionally collect or upload to DH Studios:
Infinite Flight telemetry.
Flight histories.
Persistent speech logs.
Persistent connection logs.
Crash reports.
Device information for profiling.
Local IP addresses for storage.
Microphone recordings.
Personal conversations.
Contacts.
Photos.
Videos.
Personal files.
Advertising profiles.
This list describes the current intended data practices and may change if future functionality requires additional processing.
21. Data Retention
Because Infinite Co-Pilot does not maintain a centralized database of user flight telemetry, DH Studios does not retain users' flight telemetry on its servers.
Temporary runtime information stored in application memory is normally discarded when the Application closes or restarts.
Cached audio may remain in the Application's private storage until removed by the Application, the user, Android, or application-data deletion.
Information processed by third-party services, such as Google Play or Amazon Polly through the DH Studios backend, may be subject to those providers' applicable retention practices.
22. Data Sharing
DH Studios does not sell users' Infinite Flight telemetry or personal information.
Information may be transmitted to third-party services where technically necessary to provide specific functionality.
The primary external services currently relevant to Infinite Co-Pilot include:
Google Play, for application distribution and subscription billing.
Amazon Polly, accessed through DH Studios backend infrastructure for Text-to-Speech generation.
DH Studios may use additional infrastructure providers in the future where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
Any material change to the privacy practices will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy where required.
23. Amazon Polly
Where the Application requests generated Text-to-Speech audio, DH Studios may use Amazon Polly through its backend infrastructure.
The Android Application does not directly provide the user's microphone audio to Amazon Polly.
The Text-to-Speech process concerns the text required to generate the requested announcement audio.
Amazon Polly is an Amazon Web Services service and is independently operated by Amazon Web Services.
Users should consult Amazon Web Services' applicable privacy and service documentation for information about AWS's independent processing practices.
24. Security
DH Studios takes reasonable measures to protect information processed through the Application and associated infrastructure.
However, no network transmission, server, device, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should maintain appropriate security on their Android devices and keep Android and Infinite Co-Pilot updated where updates are available.
25. Children's Privacy
Infinite Co-Pilot does not intentionally collect personal information from children for purposes prohibited by applicable law.
The Application is intended for users who are legally permitted to purchase and use the Service under the laws applicable to them.
Where parental consent is required by law, the relevant requirements apply.
26. Your Privacy Rights
Depending upon your country or jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by DH Studios.
These rights may include:
Requesting access to personal information.
Requesting correction of inaccurate information.
Requesting deletion.
Requesting restriction of processing.
Objecting to certain processing.
Requesting data portability where applicable.
Withdrawing consent where processing is based on processing based on consent.
Filing a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.
These rights may be subject to legal limitations and exceptions.
27. Requests and Contact

When submitting a request, DH Studios may need sufficient information to identify the relevant request and verify that the requester is authorized to make it.
28. Deleting Local Application Data
Users may remove locally stored Application information by using Android's application-data controls or uninstalling Infinite Co-Pilot.
Removing the Application may delete:
Cached audio.
Application preferences.
Temporary local information.
Other locally stored Application data.
Google Play subscription status is not necessarily cancelled by uninstalling the Application.
Users must separately cancel an active subscription through Google Play.
29. International Processing
DH Studios may use third-party infrastructure located outside the user's country to provide certain functionality.
Where information is transferred internationally, applicable legal requirements concerning international data transfers will apply.
30. Changes to This Privacy Policy
DH Studios may update this Privacy Policy when:
New Application functionality is introduced.
New third-party services are integrated.
Data-processing practices change.
Android requirements change.
Legal requirements change.
Security or operational requirements change.
The updated Privacy Policy will include a revised effective date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, DH Studios will take the required steps.
31. Future Platform Support
Infinite Co-Pilot is currently available only on Android.
DH Studios may consider an iOS version in the future based on user demand and other development considerations.
If iOS or another platform is introduced, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe any platform-specific data practices and permissions.
32. Governing Location
DH Studios operates from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Privacy matters will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to remove or restrict privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.
33. Final Statement
Infinite Co-Pilot is designed with local processing as a core principle.
The Application receives flight-simulation information from Infinite Flight and processes that information locally on the user's Android device.
The Application does not intentionally upload users' Infinite Flight telemetry, persistent operational logs, crash reports, device information, IP addresses, or microphone recordings to DH Studios.
The primary remote functionality is the retrieval of Text-to-Speech audio through DH Studios infrastructure, which may use Amazon Polly to generate that audio.
Subscription and payment processing are handled through Google Play.
DH Studios does not require a separate Infinite Co-Pilot account for ordinary application use.
